Human Resources is pleased to present an updated electronic version of the Annual Performance Evaluation for Civil Service and Academic Professional employees to be used as of April 1, 2025. Here are the changes we made this year to the structure, rankings, and functionality:

As such, when an employee alleges that the University has violated the terms and conditions of employment contained in their respective bargaining agreement (i.e., committed a grievance), we encourage our supervisors and employees to attempt to resolve the matter between them.
