UIS is expanding Prairie Promise to include transfer students starting Fall 2026, helping more learners achieve their goals with reduced financial barriers. It covers remaining tuition and mandatory fees for students who receive the MAP grant with AIM HIGH, UIS merit and/or UIS need-based aid.
