Welcome Week

Welcome Week is where college graduates must demonstrate essential leadership competencies in order to be successful in their time after UIS. In order to promote this development, Student Life, along with many campus partners offer leadership opportunities throughout the academic year!

Space Requests

• Registered Student Organizations can only request space through UISConnection. This is done by “Creating Event”.
• Campus departments with UISConnection pages, as well as Resident Assistants can do so in the same way.

Student Organizations at UIS

Student Organizations are an integral part of campus life. UIS students have formed and registered 60+ Organizations (AY22-23) and hosted over 1000 events, meetings and activities for students.
