On Thursday, September 12, the Mary and James Beaumont Endowed Lincoln Legacy Lecture Series will be held at the Student Union.
Therefore, please be aware, that on Thursday, September 12, Parking Lot J and a section of Lot F will be closed to campus for parking due to this event.
On this date, please make sure to plan accordingly and utilize alternate parking lots authorized by your parking hang tag.

Vachel Lindsay Drive will be closed Wednesday, September 4 at noon and will re-open Thursday, September 5 at noon.
Tomorrow, August 20, Parking Lot I will be closed to campus for parking due to Student Move-In Day.
Only on this date, Parking Lot F may be utilized as an alternate parking lot.

Why must we pay for parking?

Parking Operations is a self-sustaining operation that receives no funding from tuition or the State of Illinois. Revenue is generated from the fees collected through parking hang tag sales, parking violations, event parking and meter/pay station receipts.
Please be aware that Parking Lot E will be closed from early morning through 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17, so that school children may safely enter the UIS Performing Arts Center for an event.
