Commencement time is quickly approaching and, once again, I am looking for volunteers to help us make this year’s Commencement memorable for our students. We are heading back down to the BOS Center for two ceremonies this year at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. so we are going to need a bit of additional help, more so then we have needed in the last two years. We have an excited class of graduates, looking forward to celebrating with their family and friends.
Volunteers are asked to report to the BOS Center either by 10:30 AM (for the 12:30 PM Ceremony) or 3:00 PM (for the 5:30 PM Ceremony). I’m hoping I can count on your help again on Saturday, May 14th? Please complete the Commencement Volunteer Registration Form if you will be able to join us this year. I will be sending out a general call for volunteers, but don’t hesitate to forward this on to anyone who may be interested in helping create a relaxing, rewarding day of honor for our graduates.
As before, we'll have a brief orientation class in May, and I only need a few hours of your time on May 14th. If you plan to join us for both ceremonies we will be providing lunch and of course we will have snacks on hand throughout the day.
