What type of research do you do? What fascinates you about it?

I’m an ecohydrologist, which means I study how water moves through the environment and how it interacts with plants, ecosystems and people. My recent work focuses on cities, where water systems are especially complex. I examine how water flows through urban environments, how it’s managed and engineered and how people and policies shape its use.

Congratulations to the following faculty members who will speak this year at the Sustainability Research and Innovation Congress. SRI is an annual global event focused on action-oriented, knowledge-based and inclusive approaches to sustainability
