Summer 2023 Final Grades Due
Summer 2023 Final Grades Due to the Office of Records and Registration Electronically by Noon
Students graduating in Summer 2022 or Fall 2022 must submit an online Graduation Application via Student Self-Service (https://apps.uillinois.edu/ - “Graduation” tab) by July 4, 2022 (Summer 2022) or October 3, 2022 (Fall 2022). Students MUST be sure to verify that all curriculum information is listed accurately BEFORE submitting an online Graduation Application (including major, minor, concentration, etc.).
The University of Illinois Springfield announced plans for two commencement ceremonies scheduled for Saturday, May 14.
Commencement is happening at the Bank of Springfield Center, located at Ninth and Adams streets in downtown Springfield. The school said 622 people will be in the ceremonies out of 1,131 students eligible to graduate.
Registration is underway for more than 200 summer courses at the University of Illinois Springfield.
Current and prospective students can apply for classes starting on June 6.
“Whether students are wanting to get a jumpstart on classes, or are determined to graduate sooner, this is a great opportunity to continue their educational goals,” said Vickie Cook, UIS associate vice chancellor for enrollment. “Reduced fees this year make it more affordable than ever for students to take summer courses.”

Late Registration Begins for Second-Half Summer 2022 Courses
After July 6th, instructor approval is required to register for all last-half summer courses, late fees apply, and courses can only be added by contacting Registration.
