How to Submit Content to be Published

Saving Content & Submitting for Review

Once you are done making changes to your page, save the page by clicking the blue save button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Content is locked by default during editing. This is used to prevent two or more users from editing the content at the same time. The Unlock button is provided to allow you to unlock the content for another editor.

How to Process Unit Review

Publishers can publish and review content and schedule a page or revision to be published on a future date. Publishers are responsible for reviewing all changes made by editors in their unit, working with editors to identify and resolve issues with accessibility, usability and site content, and publishing page updates once finalized and approved.

All images should be saved at 72 dpi.

How to Promote Your AI Initiatives and Achievements

The Office of Web Services has developed an AI at UIS page to help promote and highlight the AI initiatives, efforts, and achievements at UIS. The page highlights AI Research, Courses with AI integrated into their curriculum, links to resources, and AI related news and events.

If you know of a degree, course, or other AI initiative that should be added to the page, please email jbaum02s@uis.edu for inclusion.

How to Create a Resource

To create a Resource, go to Manage > Content > Add content > Resource.

Add your Resource title and content within the editor.

Under 'More settings', add a summary, title caption, Resource type (if you don't see an applicable keyword, new keywords can be added as a comma separated list).
