UIS Health Services and the Sangamon County Department of Public Health are offering flu shots to the UIS community from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, located on the first floor of the Public Affairs Center (PAC) in meeting rooms C and D.

Come out and enjoy the 8^th Annual Prairie Stars 5K with a flat, easy run/walk through the beautiful campus at UIS!

Check out our FREE Mindfulness Monday's class on stress reduction incorporating yoga and breathing techniques. Please bring your own mat, towel, blanket, or something to sit comfortably on the floor.
