First Friday Breakfast
Community partners, iSPI members, and anyone who is interested in becoming an iSPI member are invited to join us for networking and breakfast from 9 to 10 AM on the first Friday of every month. This event is free; however, registration is encouraged to ensure that we have enough food and seating. If you have any questions please contact Daisy Solorzano at innovatespringfield@uis.edu

iSPI Military-Connected Entrepreneur Monthly Meet-Up
In order to better serve those who have served our country, Innovate Springfield will be hosting a monthly "iSPI Military-Connected Entrepreneur Monthly Meet-Up". This monthly meet-up provides a collaborative opportunity for military-connected individuals from the greater UIS/Springfield community, and UIS Innovate Springfield representatives, to share experiences and initiatives as entrepreneurs.

Innovate Springfield’s Sangamon CEO program starts mentor matching program for high school students
Innovate Springfield, the University of Illinois Springfield’s downtown business incubator, is partnering with the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition (ISTC) to create a professional mentorship matching program for high school students in the Sangamon CEO program. The students will be paired with innovative leaders to work on student-driven business startup ideas.
UIS’ Innovate Springfield to host a discussion on “The Next Technology Revolution”
WHAT: Innovate Springfield, the University of Illinois Springfield’s downtown business incubator, and the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln will present a conversation on “The Next Technology Revolution” with Springfield native Cully Davis, vice chairman for equity private markets at Jeffries.
