Ski/Snowboard Trip

Join Campus Recreation for a day ski/snowboard trip! Cost is $55 and includes equipment rental, lift ticket, group lesson and transportation. You would only need appropriate clothing (non-jean warm bottoms, coat, gloves, hat).

Registration in TRAC opens Tuesday, January 17. 

Registration closes on Monday, February 6 at noon.

Cycle Fit

Also known as spin class: CycleFit is a great workout that is a top notch way to strengthen the entire lower body, while providing a great cardio workout that will leave you out of breath. Combine that with listening and riding to some of your favorite songs and artists from all genres. CycleFit takes you on a journey through hills and sprints, burning calories like it’s nothing along the way. 


Join the newest faith-based dance workout set to the hottest Christian Rap, Pop, & AfroGospel beats. This 60-minute cardio party includes toning and line dances aka "slides". Not Christian? Not a problem! All religious & nonreligious backgrounds are welcome. No dance experience is necessary. 

Body Blast

Body Blast is a high energy class focusing on different muscle groups on different days.  We will blast our way through a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.  We will use various fitness equipment in an instructor lead student/ faculty/ staff group setting.  No matter your fitness level, there will be modification and instruction to keep your body form right to maximize your workout potential.  Whatever your fitness goals, come join the class and see how Body Blast will help you on your journey to a healthier you. 

Classic Karate

Come learn Martial Arts at no cost under black belt instructor Daniel right here on campus!  All equipment provided and no experience necessary. The curriculum based upon increasing physical power, flexibility, and aerobic health suitable for adults of any age or current level of fitness, stressing personal progress and improvement.
