CycleFit

Also known as spin class, CycleFit is a great workout that is a top-notch way to strengthen the entire lower body, while providing a great cardio workout that will leave you out of breath. Combine that with listening and riding to some of your favorite songs and artists from all genres. CycleFit takes you on a journey through hills and sprints, burning calories like it’s nothing along the way.

Cave Tour and Camping at Indiana Caverns

Join Campus Recreation for a weekend camping trip that includes a cave tour at Indiana Caverns. Cost is $20 and includes camping equipment, cave tour and transportation. Students will be responsible for their own food on the trip. The trip is open to all current fee paying students.

Canoe/Kayak at UIS Field Station

Join Campus Recreation for a canoe/kayak trip at the UIS Field Station on Lake Springfield! Cost is $5 and includes equipment and transportation. The trip is open to all current fee paying students. Also, each student is only allowed to sign-up for one date.
