Three Minute Hug Film Screening

As part of Hispanic/Latinx/e Heritage Month, the Diversity Centers and The Immigration Project are co-hosting a community film screening and discussion of Three Minute Hug. This short documentary highlights the powerful reunions of families divided by the U.S.–Mexico border, sparking conversation about migration, belonging, and community.

Open to all students and community members, the event will feature a 30-minute screening followed by a facilitated dialogue where participants can reflect, share perspectives, and explore themes of identity, family, and resilience. This program invites attendees to engage in meaningful conversation, deepen understanding, and build solidarity across communities.
