Zihan Liu is an assistant professor of organizational behavior. She received a doctorate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Beijing Normal University, China. Before joining UIS, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Rice University. Dr. Liu’s research and professional interests include leadership, workplace relationships, employee well-being, and individual differences. Her research has been published in prestigious journals, including the Journal of Management and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Outside work, she enjoys music, baking, and listening to people from different occupations.
