Rooted, is a private support group that aims to cultivate thriving relationships through mutual discovery, continuous appreciation, intentional communication, and shared intimacy. We gather to navigate challenges, and to nourish our relationships so out connections can grow stronger, deeper, and more resilient. Rooted will occur on Thursday's from 3pm-4pm. We ask you arrive no later than 3:15 p.m.
Exercise with Meaning. Do you want to strengthen:
- Your Body? A curriculum based upon increasing physical power, flexibility, and aerobic health suitable for adults of any age or current level of fitness, stressing personal progress and improvement.
- Your Mind? Classes designed for intelligent people interested in improving mental focus. Unlike other exercise routines, the mind is always engaged and challenged.
We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
