Celebrate World Mental Health Day with us by enjoying some relaxing activities! We will be going nail painting, face masks, as well as arts & crafts. We will be at the Student Leadership Center in the Student Unions from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Calling all transfer students! Come visit TRAC to learn about what Campus Recreation and Athletics have to offer. Get tours of the building and the field station located right on Lake Springfield. There will be snacks and giveaways as well!
