Kickboxing

Kickboxing will have you punching and kicking your stress away as you get into shape. You will burn away fat, improve your cardiovascular system, and build lean muscle with strength and cardio moves. This ultimate total body workout will leave your mind and body feeling confident, calm, and strong. Kickboxing is for all fitness levels. Over the span of this course, you will improve by adding more power and speed that work for your body. Comfortable, fitted clothing is best for kickboxing. Boxing gloves are supplied, or feel free to bring your own along.

CAMO Live

Join us every Tuesday in the Union Ballroom room at 8:30pm! Have fun, meet students, and investigate or grow in what you believe! We'd love to see you there, all are welcome regardless of religious background.

Fluidity Support Group

Fluidity is a weekly support group where students across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and allies discuss topics relevant to their experiences including campus, community and interpersonal situations. Students are able to participate in Fluidity as needed and does not require consistent, continuous attendance. Fluidity provides a safe and private space with peers for those exploring their sexual and/or gender identity. The group allows advocacy for its members and is a judgment-free zone. Fluidity will occur on Tuedsays from 3pm-4pm.

RSO Training Part 1

Training for RSO Officers, topics covered will include Registration Process, Roster Management, Requesting Space, Event Planning, Event Policies, and more. - President Track (although any officer can participate)

RSVP in advance - space is limited. If no RSVPs 24 hours in advance, this session will be canceled.

Space & Astronomy Interest Group

The campus Space & Astronomy Group is composed of faculty, staff, students, and community people who share an interest in outer space, space travel and astronomy.  We have biweekly meetings at the Campus Observatory during the fall and spring semesters where we discuss our interest and plan other fun events to share with the larger community.  Everyone with interest is welcome!

Meetings are open to anyone and people should feel free to drop in at any time over the hour.
