Yoga

Join Haley for an all-levels yoga class that offers standing, balancing, and seated poses, along with plenty of modifications and props. This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice to allow energy to flow throughout the body. The second half will focus on yin postures held longer to stretch the connective tissues and help us relax even the deepest layers of the body. This class combines a balance of both movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, and physicality and mindfulness.

Fluidity Support Group

Students are able to participate in Fluidity as needed and does not require consistent, continuous attendance. Fluidity provides a safe and private space with peers for those exploring their sexual and/or gender identity. The group allows advocacy for its members and is a judgment-free zone. Fluidity will occur on Mondays from 3pm-4pm.

My Wish for U.S.

My Wish For U.S. invites people to share their hopes for the future of the United States as we approach our nation’s 250th birthday. Nearly 250 years ago, our country began as a bold experiment built by people from all walks of life who risked everything to escape tyranny and imagine something new. They didn’t always agree or have all the answers, but their courage shaped a lasting democracy. Today, while our democracy has endured longer than any other, we still have work to do to reach our full potential.
