The UIS men's basketball team completed a season sweep of the Quincy Hawks on Saturday, winning 97-89 and finishing the regular season 11-9 in GLVC play.

GLVC Tournament
The GLVC league office has officially announced the eight-team bracket for the upcoming GLVC Championship Tournament. The tournament is seeded based on the GLVC Point Rating System (PRS) rankings. The games will be hosted at a neutral site, Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo.
#6-seed UIS will play #3-seed Lewis in the quarterfinal round next Friday at 8:15 p.m. The Lewis Flyers won 86-74 when the teams met at TRAC in February. The Flyers are coming off of a 74-70 loss to the UMSL Tritons.
The four quarterfinal winners will compete in the semifinals on Saturday, March 9, at 6 and 8:15 p.m., while the semifinal winners will compete for the 2024 trophy on Sunday, Mar. 10 at 3:30 p.m.
