Bio: I have been working for the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for over two years and have manage my own enterprise for over 4 years. I obtained a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from University of Illinois at Springfield.  Outside of handling my business, I work as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Ryan White Part B Coordinator for IDPH Ryan White Part B Program.  This position involves the evaluation of clients entering the Program ultimately working toward client medication adherence. Additionally, I am assigned to IDPH’s Hepatitis C. project, which involves a cohort of clients who are dually HIV/HCV co-infected. In the past, I worked as a Data Specialist. This position consisted of running reports for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and other government programs.
