Gina Grant, Founder & CEO of CoreKind (LLC) and CoreKind Collective (NFP), is the creator of TheSuperpower Framework, an identity-centered approach that helps individuals tap into their strengths, build belonging,and lead with purpose in a tech-enabled world. She is a lecturer at SIUE and co-chairs the Social Innovation initiative with the Illinois Innovation Network.
Previously, Ms. Grant served as Associate Director at the Discovery Partners Institute, where she co-designed and delivered Apple- and Google-funded programs for nearly 1,000 students across Chicago, leading mentoringecosystems, workforce pipelines, and digital exploration initiatives.
Dr. Pam Hoff, James J. Stukel Distinguished Professor in Educational Policy and Equity, holds a doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. With over 30 years in education, she advances anti-racist and de/anticolonial approaches,focusing on power hierarchies in lived experiences. A committed scholar-activist, she champions transformativeeducation for individuals and communities worldwide.
