Springfest 2025 is just around the corner, and we need judges to help make this long-standing UIS tradition a success! Running from April 21st–26th, Springfest brings together students, faculty, staff, and alumni for a week of friendly competition and campus spirit.
Judges play a key role in scoring competitions, ensuring fair play, and keeping the excitement going. Sign-ups are open now through April 15th—we welcome faculty, staff, students, and alumni to participate!
As we gear up for Springfest 2025, we invite you to consider hosting a Bonus Event to enhance student engagement and contribute to this exciting campus tradition! Bonus Events provide an opportunity for students participating in Springfest to earn additional points toward their overall score while attending meaningful and enriching activities.

Fall Welcome is looking for volunteers to staff Welcome Tables at various locations on campus for the first few days of classes to help direct students and guests, provide answers to common questions, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
