Under Regulation 16.011 under Policy and Rules, civil service staff are now required to submit a conflict of interest form annually. A communication was recently sent to all Civil Service employees alerting them to the reporting requirement.
Supervisor Development Day

Emiquon 2025
Registration for the Emiquon Nature Preserve Event is Live! This year's trip will be taking place on October 24, 2025. All permanent Academic Professional and Civil Service employees who have been employed for 6+ months are eligible to participate with supervisory approval. Participants will tour the Therkildsen Field Station and public use areas of the Nature Preserve. If time permits, we will also gather water samples to view in the lab. Employee Development Series: Planning Events on Campus
We are excited to announce that our September session of the Employee Development Series will be Planning Events on Campus. Many events and activities are happening on our campus at any given time and there are important components to consider and procedures to follow leading up to a successful event. This session will cover a range of topics that will include but are not limited to: Reservation Processes/Procedures for Spaces on Campus, Facility Use Agreements, Timelines and Processes, Safety and Security at Events, and Risk Management.
