The University of Illinois has transitioned to a new applicant tracking system called Cornerstone, which provides a more streamlined, user-friendly interface for completing applications.
The University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) considers remote work to be a viable alternative work arrangement for Academic Professional and Civil Service employees in cases where individual, job, and supervisor characteristics are suited to such an arrangement. Remote work allows an employee to work at home, or other approved remote location, for a part of their regular workweek. In rare occasions, full remote work may be considered appropriate. Remote work is a voluntary work alternative that may be appropriate for some employees and some jobs.
