Hello campus faculty and staff:
There are multiple versions of file supplies, three-ring binders, and other useful supplies located in UHB 1054. Our goal is to have the excess supplies moved from that space as soon as possible. If you have use for any of the items listed below, please remove, and take possession of them by Friday, December 15, 2023. The space will be open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. Otherwise, on Monday we will begin the surplus and disposal process for the remaining items.

SNOW REMOVAL AND PARKING
This winter there will be times after a significant snowfall where Facilities & Services will need your help as they work to clear parking lots of snow. The university’s overall goal is to provide the UIS community with safe and accessible parking after a significant snowfall. Working together, we can make this happen by implementing a “Snow Parking Day” after a significant snowfall.
All faculty and staff are invited to a Holiday Happy Hour from 4-5 on December 19 in the Student Union Ballroom. There will be music, drinks and appetizers to celebrate the season! Release time will be in effect for this event. To help us plan for the festivities, please register using the link below.

Dear University of Illinois System community,
The UIS Bookstore and Follett are happy to offer a faculty and staff appreciation coupon for the whole month of December!
This is an in-store coupon, and any faculty or staff member just needs to print out the coupon and put their name and email on it to receive 25% off their purchase. Thanks for a great semester and shop at the bookstore!!
