Center for Business & Regulation

The Center for Business and Regulation was created pursuant to Resolution 38-10 approved by the UIS Campus Senate on October 24, 2008 to serve the needs of the regulatory environment in Illinois as well as the university community. CBR is housed within the College of Business and Management at the University of Illinois Springfield.

Center for Entrepreneurship

The University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) Center for Entrepreneurship in the College of Business and Management was first launched in 1983.  The center received support in 2005 as part of the Illinois Entrepreneurship Network.

Since 2011, the Center for Entrepreneurship has expanded its scope to include Family Business Development in addition to supporting the entrepreneurship curriculum at UIS.
