Students are responsible for knowing and adhering to the policies, deadlines, and procedures contained in the online catalog and current Policies and Registration Information booklet. Students may receive credit only for those courses for which they are properly registered and will assume academic and financial responsibility for any course for which they register unless they officially cancel registration according to the established deadlines.
The Office of Records and Registration (also known as the Office of the Registrar) consists of a number of areas responsible for a variety of duties.
FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. The Office of Records and Registration offers two delivery methods for training. The training helps faculty and staff to understand the act and learn how to comply.
Note: Beginning Summer 2016 and thereafter, all policies and procedures formerly included in “Important Student Information” have been incorporated into the current online catalog.
