The January fire alarm testing is scheduled to take place in the coming days. The test procedures will include the intermittent sounding of horns and activation of the strobe lights to ensure all components of the system are working properly. You should not ignore any alarms sounding outside this schedule or alarms that sound for a prolonged period of time.

Tuesday, January 3
From December 12 to January 6, the Center for Online Learning, Research and Service (COLRS) will be providing office hours daily from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
No office hours will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 (staff retreat)
Twice daily office hours at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. will resume January 7.
Health Services will be closed Friday, December 23 and will re-open on Tuesday, January 3.
If you need to seek medical care while we are closed, please go to Memorial Care on 6th Street. That location's contact information is the following:

Banner will be upgraded on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 to incorporate year-end regulatory requirements along with several minor defect corrections. The upgrade will begin at 4:30 AM CST and is expected to be complete by 7:30 AM CST. Banner will not be brought completely down for this event; however, Banner Administrative Pages, BDM (attachments), Workflow, Chrome River, Eddie, and Amazon Business for Finance will be unavailable during the upgrade. In addition, Banner Self-Service, with the exception of Student Registration and Faculty Self-Service, will also be unavailable at this time.
Facilities & Services personnel will work in collaboration with external contractors on Thursday, December 15 to replace an old rooftop unit on the WUIS building. Work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and last most of the day as the old unit is removed and the new unit is placed and connected. Room temperatures may be unstable on the east side of the building until the new unit is fully operational.
