One of the most crucial steps in developing a digital mindset is rethinking our approach to security. Unlike traditional, static defenses, digital security in today's interconnected world requires agility and the acceptance that data vulnerability is a matter of "when," not "if." This mindset shift is crucial for preemptively addressing privacy concerns and preparing for potential breaches.

Today, mastery of data analytics and organizational health are the backbone of strategic advantage. This week’s journey into the heart of data analytics reveals the critical balance between human intuition and the computational prowess of artificial intelligence (AI), a theme deeply explored in the works of Leonardi and Neely and through the pioneering lens of Heather McGowan.

Have you ever caught yourself saying "please" to ChatGPT or yelling at Alexa?

Stop right there—do you need a reminder that they are mere machines? This moment of polite or frustrated interaction with AI marks more than just a quirky habit. It signals a pivotal transformation in how we engage with technology—an age that blurs the lines between human-computer and human-human interactions.

Reading this book was a revelation; it reinforced my belief in our profound responsibility and obligation at CHST.
