Please stop by the Business & IT Career Fair occurring Tuesday, Oct 24, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom, and encourage your students to do so. This niche event connects 30+ employers, several on campus for the first time, with students wanting to apply their skills in Business and IT positions. Co-hosted by the UIS Career Development Center, Office of Advancement, Office of Engaged Learning, UIS Peoria, and related UIS academic departments.

Join Kathyy as she guides participants through making pop-up cards that fold flat for delivery. We'll make a pop-up birthday card, a 3d thanks card, and a tiny box of flowers that never die. If you prefer something more simple, yet still dazzling, there's a flat flower bouquet card you can make too. Colors will vary.
UIS Foot in the Door Fair

Employer registration is open for the UIS Foot in the Door Fair set for Thursday, August 31, from 3-5 pm in the Student Union Ballroom. This event is focused on promoting on-campus jobs, part-time jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities and to promote opportunities for networking and relationship building between students and campus and community partners.
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to register now for the Career Connections Expo at the University of Illinois Springfield. The Expo will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2023, at the Recreation and Athletic Center (TRAC) on the UIS campus.
