The UIS Flute Choir is available to UIS students, faculty and staff, and community members. This small chamber ensemble performs a wide variety of music for flutes including traditional repertoire, new music, and transcriptions. The UIS Flute Choir gives at least one performance each semester.

How to Join

The UIS Flute Choir requires basic knowledge and skills in flute performance. Interested musicians should fill out an application form through the UIS Community Music School.

Payment: The cost to join the flute choir is $100 per semester. Payment is due in full before joining the Flute Choir.

Participation is welcome by musicians 12+.
