The Make A Noise Ensemble is available to students, faculty/staff, and community members of any level of musical experience and any instrument or voice. The ensemble focuses on the study and practice of experimental and contemporary music. The course culminates in a group collaborative composition and performance.
How to Join
UIS students interested in joining the UIS Band for course credit can register for MUS 105/305 E Instrumental Ensemble: Make A Noise Ensemble.
Community members and others interested in joining the Make A Noise Ensemble without enrolling for course credit should fill out a brief information form. Participation is welcome by those 12+.
