Biennial Users —
University Property Accounting and Reporting (UPAR) is excited to announce a new feature in the Biennial Inventory (BI) application. The new Mass Update tool will be available to Biennial users with the role of Unit Contact and Unit Specialist.

We are approaching the time of year when the University must make the first transfer of leave usage to Banner from our new Civil Service Exempt Vacation and Sick Leave Recording (VSL) system.
Civil Service Exempt Employees
Vachel Lindsay Drive will be CLOSED Friday, April 28 from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm due to the SAC Block Party.
Please use Earnest Hemingway Drive and University Drive to access campus during this time.
Residents of West Campus may access the parking lot using 11th Street and the first parking lot entrance on Vachel Lindsay.

Please be aware that Parking Lot E will be closed from early morning through noon on Wednesday, April 26 so that school children may safely enter the UIS Performing Arts Center for the Illinois Symphony Orchestra’s Concert for Kids.

The State Department of Central Management Services (CMS) has announced that the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Benefit Choice enrollment period will begin May 1 and end May 31, 2023.
If you do not want to change health, dental, life or dependent coverage, your current elections will continue. Note: You must enroll or re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts each year.
