There is now an online payment option for any lost keys that were issued by Campus Police. The form can be found on the UIS Campus Police webpage under Forms & Resources (link included below). Please note, you will need your University login information to access the payment form.
The online payment option is only available for credit card transactions. Any cash/check payments can still be made at the University Bursar’s Office during their operating hours.

University of Illinois Springfield Police officers are helping people in Ukraine.
In a social media post, officials said they are donating eight used body armor vests. Those vests will first be sent to the Illinois State Police, who will then send them to the US/Ukrainian Resistance Foundation.
Armor vests are replaced by UISPD every five years, according to officials. “The vests are usually surplussed, but this year they decided to help Ukraine.”

Once the form is downloaded into Adobe Acrobat Reader, click into the Name field and begin completing the form. You may use the tab key to advance to each field. Be sure to complete all information on the form.
Once you complete the form, print the form, sign it and have your Administrator/Director/ or Dean sign the approval.
