The Office of Building Maintenance performs building maintenance and repairs.
Requests for routine maintenance and repairs should route through our work order system. You can access the work order system by clicking the "Request Service" button below, then complete and submit the request form.

We perform most campus moves, including equipment surplus or disposal, rearranging furniture within an office/suite, and moving furniture from one space to another. We will schedule moving of equipment/furniture after it is processed and approved through the appropriate system.

UIS Performing Arts Services manages the UIS Performing Arts Center which is comprised of the following event venues and meeting rooms. These are all available for use by the UIS community and rental by the general public:
