UIS Performing Arts Services manages the UIS Performing Arts Center which is comprised of the following event venues and meeting rooms. These are all available for use by the UIS community and rental by the general public:
Mail Services processes all incoming United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express/Ground (FedEx), DHL, Airborne, intercampus and outbound USPS mail and outbound UPS packages. We also provide preparation services to turn your mailing list into a successful mailing, large or small, to your specifications at the most affordable price.
The purpose of this policy is to provide an environment that promotes the health, well-being and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors at the University of Illinois Springfield by minimizing the negative effects of tobacco, e-cigarette and cannabis products as well as to improve fire safety and encourage a healthier, more sustainable environment.
Another big construction project is planned for UIS.

A planned power outage is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 1 beginning about 7:30 a.m. The outage is anticipated to last about six hours and will affect a large portion of the campus.
The following policies are to be followed by those who schedule and use the UIS Conference Center:
The UIS Policy on Space Allocation has been established to ensure the most effective and efficient use of physical space on campus including interior spaces and other campus property. Space is defined as all space leased or owned by the state of Illinois and maintained by UIS, including space occupied by campus units and departments and affiliated organizations.
