The SHIELD COVID-19 testing site in the WUIS building is open regular hours this week (10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday/Thursday), closed Dec. 16-Jan. 2 and will reopen at 10 a.m. Jan. 3. Compliance for those who are required to test will not be monitored during the planned closure.
Testing hours will be changing at the SHIELD COVID-19 testing site in the WUIS building.
This week, testing is available:
Beginning next week, testing will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. The site will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 8, for Election Day.

Our approach to managing COVID-19 at UIS this semester is going well, and we appreciate everyone’s efforts to be United in Safety by complying with our vaccine and testing requirements and responding accordingly if ill or symptomatic.
Due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 5, the SHIELD testing site in WUIS 28 will be closed. The site will reopen at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6.
