Leslie Berkley, M.S. has a B.S. in Community Health Education (UIUC, 1979) an M.S. in Human Resources (National Lewis University 1982) and is a CADC. She is self employed in the field of Substance Abuse Counseling and has been so for over seventeen (17) years. Leslie has been working in the field of Substance Abuse for over twenty (20) years and prior to that was employed as a caseworker for the Cook County Social Service Department.
A binder of printed training materials will be provided at no extra cost to all participants. This hard copy will be mailed to each participant approximately one week prior to the training. For those who register after the deadline, we cannot guarantee the binder will arrive on time. The training materials will also be shared with registrants in a Box folder, where they can be viewed and downloaded.

The DUI-specific trainings offered by the Center are designed to meet the certification needs of Illinois DUI service providers including DUI evaluators, Risk Education instructors, social workers, nurses, and substance abuse counselors. Court personnel who work with DUI defendants, such as probation officers and parole officers, can also benefit from the programs.
The University of Illinois Springfield Center for State Policy and Leadership and the Community Health Roundtable will host a virtual webinar titled “The Health of our Local Economy and Businesses after Two Years of the COVID-19 Pandemic” at noon Friday via Zoom.
In the webinar, a panel of experts will review the latest local economic and employment data, and report on the health of our local businesses after two years of COVID-19.
The University of Illinois Springfield Center for State Policy and Leadership and the Community Health Roundtable will host a free virtual public webinar titled “The Health of our Local Economy and Businesses after Two Years of the COVID-19 Pandemic” at Noon Friday, Feb. 18 via Zoom.
