UIS Softball split a home doubleheader against Drury on Sunday, earning a 6-5 win in the opener before falling 11-4 in the second game. With the split, the Prairie Stars move to 19-12 overall, 7-5 in GLVC play, and an 11-2 record at home.
The UIS men's tennis team suffered a 5-2 loss to No. 27 Drury at home on Saturday, bringing its record to 0-7.

UIS softball faced Missouri S&T on Saturday, dropping the first game 5-1 before bouncing back for a 7-4 win in game two. The Prairie Stars stand at 18-11 overall, 6-4 against conference opponents.
The UIS baseball team swept Saturday's doubleheader against UMSL, winning both games 8-2 to secure the series victory. UIS improves to 6-5 in GLVC play, 11-10 overall.
The UIS baseball team split a doubleheader with Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) on Friday, winning the opener 10-7 before dropping the second game 10-7 in seven innings. The Prairie Stars are now 9-10 overall and 4-5 in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) play, while the Tritons improved to 17-7 overall and 7-3 in the GLVC.
The Illinois Springfield softball team will look to extend its perfect 9-0 home record this weekend. The Prairie Stars will host Missouri S&T on Saturday and Drury on Sunday, with both doubleheaders starting at noon. UIS is on a strong streak, winning seven of its last eight games.
