Bio: Amy Leman completed her Doctorate of Public Administration in 2017 and is a member of the 2013 cohort. Dr. Leman is an Extension Specialist with the University of Illinois Extension in the State 4-H Office. Her focus is evaluation and staff development for 4-H youth development professionals across the state of Illinois. Her research interests include evaluation capacity building, youth leadership initiatives, and program evaluation.
