Bio: John Petter graduated in 2002, one of the first four DPA graduates at UIS. He is retired from the State of Illinois nearly 20 years of that time as an administrator in the Office of the Inspector General for the Department of Human Services. His research interests have been in public service motivation and organizational dynamics, as well as in understanding and applying research findings in administrative settings in the public sector.

Bio: Nancy L. Huyck graduated in 2012 and is a member of the 2006 cohort. Dr. Huyck is an associate professor in the MPA program at SIUE where she teaches both core and elective courses. Her research interests include radio interoperability, public HR management and program evaluation.
