Testing Services Guidelines for Faculty

Testing Services offers test proctoring for make-up and online course tests only. Testing Services is not able to proctor tests or exams for regularly scheduled on-ground or blended courses; instructors should plan to proctor their own tests or make arrangements through the department or with colleagues in the event of the instructor’s illness or absence.

Student & Parent Guide

Welcome to UIS!

We are the starting point of your academic path through UIS. We will help you plan your courses, adjust to college level learning, and choose a major.

With the exception of those students participating in the Honors Program, first year advisors advise all students who have fewer than 30 credit hours as well as students whose majors are undeclared.

Testing Services

Welcome to UIS Testing Services

The office is open to in-person testing. We will continue to offer remote testing using Zoom. You will need a laptop with webcam to test remotely. Chromebooks and phones will not be allowed.

Advising Services

Please Note: CASA Advisors are eager to assist you. We will be working with students via a combination of scheduled in-person, phone and Zoom meetings to keep the office area from becoming crowded and to minimize health risks. Please email your advisor if you have questions about making an appointment or advising related questions.
