In order to have any document mailed via a guaranteed delivery service, the Office of International Student Services is pleased to make available express mailing of immigration and other documents to students and scholars overseas and in the US.

These documents include, but are not limited to:

  • New or replacement form I-20s issued by ISS
  • Employment Authorization Documents (or OPT cards)
  • OPT or STEM extension receipts

The Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Students,” must be mailed or emailed directly to the F-1 student, parent or legal guardian. At no time should the Form I-20 be issued to a third party.

All communication will go through eShipGlobal, Inc., who will notify us that you are requesting your documents to be sent by express mail. Requesting your immigration documents through express mail is at YOUR expense and your credit card will be charged upon requesting the service.

To request express mailing of your documents, go to the following eShipGlobal secure website. You will be required to create your own user name and password in order to create an account. To request shipment, you will need your email address, phone number, and credit card information.  Make sure to choose “International Student Services” as the sender/receiver.

If you experience difficulty in registering and processing the shipment, please use the “Help” link in the eShipGlobal site for step by step instructions. If you have questions about how to use this service, please email support@eshipglobal.com. Please pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay in the mailing of your documents.
