In May 2018, the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences hosted a commencement and honors reception for its graduating seniors. Students and faculty were able to share stories and say good-bye one final time before the graduation ceremony. Various departments gave out awards to their outstanding graduates. In the Psychology Department, the following awards were given to our graduating seniors:

Samantha Morin was selected as Psychology Department Student Marshal. This award is given to the student who “best exemplifies the spirit and goals of the program.” The Student Marshal leads psychology students in the procession at the graduation commencement ceremony. Samantha was selected based on her academic success, leadership skills, and active involvement in the community and at the university.

Eli Hahn received an Outstanding Service to the Department award. Eli received this award for his notable contributions to the department as a student representative and as president of the Psychology Club.

Hailey Hawkins received an Outstanding Student in Psychology award. Hailey received this award for her impressive record of academic achievement, involvement on campus, and spirit of philanthropy.
