Also known as spin class, CycleFit is a great workout that is a top-notch way to strengthen the entire lower body, while providing a great cardio workout that will leave you out of breath. Combine that with listening and riding to some of your favorite songs and artists from all genres. CycleFit takes you on a journey through hills and sprints, burning calories like it’s nothing along the way.

Finance Insights 101

Get ready for an inside look at how city utilities manage millions of dollars, long-term planning, and the financial decisions that keep Springfield running. Join us for Finance Insights 101, where three finance professionals from CWLP (City Water, Light & Power) will lead an open and engaging panel discussion about real-world financial management in a major public utility.

Springfest: Flag

Join us for the Springfest Flag Judging Event on Tuesday, April 21st, at the Student Union Ballroom! Teams will submit their flags for judging between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm, with a five-minute penalty for each late submission. Judging will take place from 7 pm to 7:30 pm, and flags can be picked up after judging concludes at 7:30 pm.
