Check Your Status
Financial Aid Offer Notification
New and returning students applying for financial aid will receive their financial aid offer notifications electronically via myUIconnect. You will be notified that your offer is ready to be viewed via an e-mail notification. Furthermore, you should be checking your official UIS email account regularly, at least once a week, for updates on your financial aid status and other important financial aid notifications or billing notices.

UIS Academic and Merit Scholarships
Apply for admission to find out about your scholarship! Your application for admission is your key to enrolling and affording the #1 regional public university in Illinois. Admission and merit scholarship decisions will generally be based on unweighted GPA only and are generally not awarded to students enrolling in a 100% online program.

Financial Aid Offer Notifications must list anticipated expenses students may incur during the academic year. The total COA is an estimate, not the actual price you will pay, and costs will vary. The estimated Cost of Attendance is subject to change based upon University of Illinois Board of Trustees approval of tuition and fees, and other external factors.
