4. Not using your FSA ID to start the FAFSA form
5. Not using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT)
6. Not reading definitions carefully or taking time to check for information errors
7. Inputting incorrect details, such as inaccurate tax information
8. Failing to use a legal name, correct social security number or correct address
9. Listing only one college
10. Not signing the FAFSA form
