Fall 2025 Curriculum Change Deadline
Last Day to Change Curriculum (program/major, minor, certificate) for Fall 2025 Semester.

In our ongoing efforts to streamline the student transfer experience, we’re sharing information related to the course transfer process. Two ways that you can help improve the student transfer experience are by:
Students graduating in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 must submit an online Graduation Application via Student Self-Service (https://apps.uillinois.edu/ - “Graduation” tab) by October 7, 2024 (Fall 2024) or February 21, 2024 (Spring 2025). Students MUST be sure to verify that all curriculum information is listed accurately BEFORE submitting an online Graduation Application (including major, minor, concentration, etc.).
Students graduating in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 must submit an online Graduation Application via Student Self-Service (“Graduation” link) by July 1, 2024 (Summer 2024) or October 7, 2024 (Fall 2024). Students MUST be sure to verify that all curriculum information is listed accurately BEFORE submitting an online Graduation Application (including major, minor, concentration, etc.).
Student and Faculty Self-Service will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 11 while these systems are being upgraded to a new user experience. Self-Service will be upgraded to a new, modernized look and feel. Along with this upgrade, a new landing page will be created called myUIconnect. The myUIconnect landing page will present users with cards containing links to self-service functionalities.
