Sunshin Lee, PhD, is a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Springfield. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. Prior to UIS, he served as a tenure-track assistant professor at Radford University in Virginia, where he taught courses in Big Data Analytics and Distributed Databases. Before obtaining his Ph.D., he worked as a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence engineer at LG CNS in South Korea, where he led projects and managed DW/OLAP systems.

Richard Funderburg is a professor of Public Management and Policy and a collaborating scholar at the Institute of Government and Public Affairs, where he is co-lead of the Fiscal and Economic Policy working group. He earned his Ph.D. in Planning, Policy, and Design at the University of California, Irvine. Dr.

Paul is a web developer with 10 years experience developing sites using a variety of platforms and tools.

Goutham Reddy Alavalapati is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Springfield, USA. Before that, he was an assistant professor at Fontbonne University, USA, and at the National Institute of Technology, India. Prior to that, he worked as a researcher at Sejong University, South Korea, and at the KINDI Center for Computing Research at Qatar University in collaboration with Purdue University. He earned his Ph.D. from the Information Security Lab at Kyungpook National University, South Korea.
