Students will present their research on Friday morning, April 11th, between 8:30 and 11:00am. The north and south sections of the main ballroom will be portioned off so that there will be four presentation rooms (two on the north side, and two on the south side of the main ballroom in the Student Union). A detailed schedule of presentations will be available so that students and audiences will know where and when each presentation is scheduled.
On Thursday, April 10th, students will set up their posters and art work in the Student Union on the landing outside the Central Ballroom. The poster exhibition will be on Friday, April 11th from 11:00 to 12:30, but students should put up their work on Thursday so that the community will be able to admire and study their work before the exhibition time on Friday.
Live oral presentations are Friday from 8:30-11:00.
