Rising Stars is accepting staff members who have been at UIS for up to five years. If you missed the opportunity to join a Rising Stars cohort during your first year, there are still a few openings for FY27.

Rising Stars is a professional development program for UIS employees designed to help newer employees learn about the university, build connections and develop leadership skills.
