The Office of Undergraduate Education is accepting ECCE Speaker Series proposals for events that will take place during the Fall 2025 semester.

The deadline for Fall 2025 event proposals is Monday, April 14 at 5 PM.

The provided forms, as well as additional information about the proposal process, can be found on our ECCE Speaker Series website.

Available Funding for Fall 2025 Events:

• A speaking fee up to $1,000 is available for a live event ($600 for University of Illinois employees / retirees).  In addition, limited travel funding is available for transportation and lodging.  
• A speaking fee up to $500 is available for a hybrid event in which the presenter appears via Zoom to a live audience seated in the auditorium.
