UPS Mailing Procedures

In order to serve the campus community more effectively, Mail Services has developed a procedure to enable you to track your UPS packages at your convenience. The steps for this procedure are as follows:

  • Fill out the UPS Shipping Request form and send it with your parcel and mail authorization slip to the mail room for shipping.
  • When your parcel is shipped, you will receive a receipt from the mail room indicating the date your parcel was shipped, and the corresponding UPS tracking number.
  • To track the shipment of your parcel, simply visit the UPS online site and enter the tracking number which corresponds to the parcel in question.
