Our goal is to provide the campus community with high quality office supplies at the lowest possible price.
Order supplies
Most office supplies are purchased from Office Depot through iBuy. Orders must be submitted by 3 p.m. are usually available for next-day delivery.
In-stock items
We offer a variety of printed items, such as folders, envelopes and mailing labels, as well as copier and color paper and miscellaneous items. Please enter the quantity of each item that you wish to order along with the account and delivery information. In-Stock Items PDF Order Form
We also carry a variety of in-stock UIS branded and imprinted items for purchase. Instead of buying a large bulk order from an external company, purchase a few items at a time for use as gifts or giveaways at events. Let us know what type of items you are looking for.
Return policy for Office Depot orders
Except for special orders, non-catalog items, and technology items (including hardware, software, and peripherals), Central Stores shall accept returns of supplies if in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Items that are opened cannot be returned unless the item is broken or defective. For returns of special orders and non-catalog items, Central Stores shall accept returns on a case-by-case basis.
- Submit returns to Central Stores within 30 days of the invoice date. All merchandise must be returned to Central Stores before a credit will be issued.
- Provide a packing list or invoice with all returned merchandise.
- For technology items, we only accept returns based on the manufacturers’ return policies. Customized, personalized, or perishable items are generally not returnable.
- Other special orders are generally not returnable, unless it is our error.
- Full credit will be provided for all catalog items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If a return is not requested through Central Stores, credit for the item will not be issued.
