Our goal is to provide the campus community with high quality office supplies at the lowest possible price.

Online Ordering

Most office supplies are purchased from Office Depot. All online ordering must go through the iBuy system. Most catalog items are available for delivery the following business day. Orders must be submitted by 3:00 pm for next day delivery.

We offer a variety of printed, recycled and miscellaneous items, such as, printer cartridges, envelopes, and labels.

Return Policy for Office Depot Orders

All return requests must be submitted to Central Stores within 30 days of the invoice date. All merchandise must be returned to Central Stores at BSB 139 before a credit will be issued. Please send a copy of the Packing List or Invoice with all returned merchandise. Except for special orders, non-catalog items, and technology items (including hardware, software, and peripherals), Central Stores shall accept returns of supplies if in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Items that are opened cannot be returned unless the item is broken or defective. For returns of special orders and non-catalog items, Central Stores shall accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

For technology items, Central Stores will only accept returns based on the manufacturers’ return policies. Customized, personalized, or perishable items are generally not returnable. Other special orders are generally not returnable, unless it is our error. Full credit will be provided for all catalog items returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If a return is not requested through Central Stores credit for the item will not be issued.
